Decades of Excellence in Agricultural Innovation and Sustainable Development
Agrilink's expert team has successfully led the development of over 200,000 hectares of new oil palm plantations across Indonesia. Our leadership has also doubled the size of a publicly listed company from 60,000 to 120,000 hectares, overseeing global investment roadshows and securing strategic funding to drive expansion.
Agrilink’s expert team has successfully demonstrated how precision farming can push oil palm yields to their full potential. By optimizing soil conditions, climate factors, and planting densities, combined with higher fertilization rates and improved harvesting techniques, we have achieved yields of 40 tons of FFB per hectare per year with an OER of 25% resulting in 10 Tons of CPO per Hectare of plantation. This success highlights Agrilink’s ability to implement data-driven strategies that maximize productivity and profitability for plantations.
Our team was retained by the European Union and the Indonesian Ministry of Forestry to produce the official report, Forest Fire Prevention and Control Project: Oil Palm Agriculture in the Wetlands of Sumatra – Destruction or Development (2001). This work provided critical insights into the balance between sustainable development and conservation.
We collaborated with CIRAD in France and the Ivory Coast to conduct advanced studies on oil palm irrigation, enhancing water management strategies. Additionally, our co-founders led a joint venture between Costa Rica and Indonesia to broaden the oil palm genetic base, developing Ganoderma-resistant palm varieties with high yields and low height increments for improved harvesting efficiency.
Our female-led palm oil team brings over 60 years of combined experience in operations audits and business control, ensuring higher efficiency and transparency in plantation management. Their work has resulted in measurable operational improvements, including a 50% increase in efficiency and financial performance tracking across multiple plantations in Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Papua.
Our team has led overseas missions to Malaysia and India to study composting and biogas technologies, implementing these sustainable practices into oil palm operations. Additionally, our experience in REDD+ carbon projects in Indonesia has positioned us as leaders in unlocking carbon credit opportunities for both oil palm and wider agricultural sectors.
With expertise spanning oil palm, banana, and pineapple plantations, shipyards, and nickel mining, our team has successfully designed and implemented operational dashboards for public companies, improving real-time performance tracking and decision-making. As certified professional trainers, we also ensure top-tier human capital management for sustainable workforce development.
With a combined global experience of over 100 years, our team has actively shaped the palm oil sector through hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and continuous innovation in agriculture, sustainability, and resource optimization.
